I was suffering from jet lag upon returning to Singapore. Everything seemed hard and difficult enough for me to work on, let alone baking a treat at home. But I had my craving for cheese cake, after having my favorite several times at the Cheese Cake Factory restaurant during the trip. I knew I had to bake this simple, yet great marble cheese cake.
So, if baking a cheese cake was your dream, it wasn’t anymore. I have the simplest recipe for you to follow.

Tiramisu is made of Italian airy biscuit sticks (called it the ladyfingers), soaked in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone cheese, flavoured with alcohol, mostly… This popular sweet treat is not difficult to assemble. Many have been coming up with their own best version, and since it has been adapted and varied so much in order to blend into the culture and taste of the people in different countries, as for the homemade, we, too, make and try to achieve the best recipe that suits our very own tastebud.
Baked cheese cake is always very yummy to eat. Sometimes, the creamy taste of the cheese might be over powering before even I could finish up the whole slice. So, adding orange peels to the cheese cake is surely a great and refreshing choice. So zesty.

My girl loves Milo banana bread, if you recall my recipe posted 4 years back that she has had my Milo banana sandwich almost everyday. Yes, now that she has reduced the frequency, not by her choice though, it was me wanting her to have varieties breakfast food, and also there were times just not able to have it. Hence, to please her again, I am still using Milo powder, with cheese this time, ‘created’ this crunchy cheese version, instead. Yea, a deceiving creation. What’s changed? Just the cheese… Hahaha :D

Actually this was just my usual jacket potato where potato was baked and filled with cheese, sour cream and bacon bits. I called it the Christmas Eve Jacket Potato simple due to my strict yearly cooking of this as part of the set dinner only on the Christmas Eve.
I think I already had a similar post on Jacket Potato a while ago, but it’s ok. Here’s the revised version with different combination of toppings, anyway. Starting from Jacket Potato, I will post the revised recipe for the other two dishes in due. :)
