Seafood lovers will enjoy this delicious and wholesome seafood soup made effortlessly with the Cuckoo multi-cooker (CR1020F). Packed with shrimp, fish, and vibrant tomatoes, this recipe allows you to enjoy a comforting meal in no time. The multi-cooker’s magic lies in how it combines all the flavors perfectly without any hassle, delivering a savory, light broth that will surely satisfy your cravings.

Ingredients:

• 200g shrimp, deveined 大虾,挑线

• 200g fish meat (such as pomfret, snapper or batang) 自己喜欢的鱼肉

• 400g clams, soaked and washed thoroughly 蛤蜊,洗干净

• 10 fish balls 鱼丸

• Shiitake mushroom, sliced 冬菇,切厚片

• 1 packet of Golden needle mushroom aka enoki 金针菇

• 6-8 cherry tomatoes 小番茄

• 2-3 garlic cloves, minced 蒜头,切末

• 4 cups water or stock 水或清汤

• Salt and pepper to taste 盐和胡椒粉

Method:

1. Prepare Ingredients: Wash and devein the shrimp. Slice the fish into bite-sized pieces.

2. Cook the Soup: In your Cuckoo multi-cooker, add the garlic, enoki, fish balls, mushroom and clams. Pour in the water or fish stock.

3. Set the Cooker: Seal the lid of the Cuckoo multi-cooker and set it to the soup setting (standard 2hr duration), but at 20 minutes, open lid, add shrimp, fish and tomatoes.

4. Cover lid agin to continue cooking for another 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Cover lid again to cook for the final 5-10 minutes. Garnish with fresh herbs to serve, if desired.

5. Enjoy: Serve the soup hot, perfect for a cozy meal or as a light appetizer.

1. 准备食材:洗净并去虾线。将鱼片切成适口大小。

2. 开始煮汤:在 Cuckoo 多功能炖锅中放入蒜末、金针菇、鱼丸、冬菇和蛤蜊。倒入清水或鱼高汤。

3. 设定炖煮程序:盖上锅盖,选择汤类模式(标准时长为 2 小时)。当炖煮 20 分钟后,打开锅盖,加入虾、鱼片和小番茄。

4. 继续炖煮:再次盖上锅盖,继续炖煮 15 分钟。加入适量盐和胡椒调味。再盖上锅盖,继续煮最后的 5-10 分钟。如需,可加上香草作装饰。

5. 享用美味:热汤即可享用,既可作温馨正餐,也适合作为清淡前菜。
