Simply boil the curry and assemble the blanced ingredients to come up with this delicious noodle dish!

“Easy dinner making with these healthy ready-made paste & soup stock by Food Yo”

That’s great! 100% natural ingredients with no MSG, preservatives, or artificial coloring, just like homemade. I’m glad you enjoy the taste of the curry and laksa pastes.

Buying Paste & Soup Stock by Food Yo in frozen flat packs makes storage easy. Thaw in advance or place the frozen paste directly in the pot for a quick melt and boil. Besides basic curry mee and laksa noodle, you can use these pastes to prepare various dishes for quick lunches and dinners, ready in 10-15 minutes.

For a quick soup, add your ingredients to the flavorful chicken or pork soup stock from Food Yo, saving you the hassle of obtaining chicken and bones for a lengthy boiling process. Food Yo packs simplify it for us now. :)

That simple to cook a nice meal. :)

Just using the pork broth (or chicken soup stock for lighter flavor), add boiled macaroni and shredded ham in to.

I used laksa paste for my chicken “curry” mee, and I actually prefer it this way.

Indeed, the curry paste found a better use. I’ve cooked my favorite curry chee cheong fun (steamed rice rolls) many times with it.

Stir-fry a generous amount of dried shrimps with oil, adding chopped garlic if desired. Pour in curry paste and some chicken or pork soup stock. If you prefer a thicker consistency, using only curry paste works well.

I didn’t follow the thawing directions either. I just broke the solid paste in half to fit into my pot and let it melt slowly. Of course, thawing first would make it easier. :)

Laksa with thick noodle and yellow noodle this time.

When feeling lazy, I simply heat up the curry paste to create a straightforward dressing sauce for steamed rice rolls and yam cakes, like this…

Simply heat up the paste without diluting it. If desired, you can add more coconut milk to enhance the creamy texture.

At times, I use the paste to stir-fry curry chee cheong fun.

Fried Curry Chee Cheong Fun, garnished with pork floss, sesame seeds and cilantro.

For a stir-fried version of curry Chee Cheong Fun, stir fry chopped garlic, onion, and shredded carrot in oil. Add cut rice rolls, then incorporate curry paste (2 packets for 2-3 servings for a wetter dish). Enhance the flavor by sprinkling some salt and sugar, as rice rolls can be naturally bland.

If you are using less curry paste to make it less spicy for the kids, simply add the chicken/ pork broth as substitution.

One good thing is, these are more affordable than expected.
