When it comes to eating greasy foods, it’s best suited to this. This refreshing salad dish was indeed made for my grilled ribs.
简单的食疗,不简单的减肥效果。
吃油腻的食物时,配这最适合不过了。这款清爽的沙拉配菜就真得是为了配着我的烤肋排而制作的了。
Serves 4-5
Ingredients
1 large cucumber, deseed
1 large yellow onion, peeled
1 green mango, peeled
1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup of orange pulps (from 2 oranges)
Dressing:
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of honey
供4-5人份
材料:
1个 大黄瓜,去籽
1个 大洋葱,去皮
1个 青芒果,去皮
1/2杯 小番茄
1/4杯 橙子果肉(来自2个橙子)
酱料:
2汤匙 苹果醋
2汤匙 红糖
1汤匙 蜂蜜
Method:Cut all the fruits and vegetables into small pieces. Mix well with the dressing. Serve after chilled.
做法:把所有的水果和蔬菜切小块。与酱料均匀混合。冷藏后即成。
A serving of cucumber salad counts about 50kcal.
一份黄瓜沙拉约50卡路里。
Tips: Dice the onion into smaller piece will be easier to eliminate its pungency after marination.
*Use Japanese cucumbers, if preferred.
温馨小提示:不喜欢吃洋葱就把它切小丁。腌制好就不会有味道了。
*喜欢的话,可用日本青瓜。
