Avocado Sweet Special

Posted on March 13, 2013December 28, 2022 by PatriCa BB 雪冰
Avocado
“Greatest breakfast, tea or appetizer”

I told you into previous post on first baby food. Avocado is the greatest and tastier fruit to be indulged.

Indeed, this simplest and tastiest recipe makes the avocado much more pleasurable to eat. The add-on sweetness from my recipe elevates the original creamy and buttery taste of the avocado which goes well with plain crackers.

Yes, simply top this delicious avocado paste on the plain cracker to eat. It doesn’t really matter which time I have this, it will just make my day brighter, or simply end it on a sweet note.

If you hate Avocado, don’t be now. Take this opportunity to try and love it! Simplest way to do it, just like your baby food. :)

Ingredients
1 ripe avocado, 90% blacken on the skin
1/2 to 1 teaspoon of condensed milk

Small plain or wheat crackers

Method
1) Cut the avocado into half, lengthwise. Beware of the large seed (pit) inside. Cut around it. Hold each half with two hands, twist in opposite direction to separate the halves.

2) Scoop out the pit with a spoon. Then, scoop out the avocado. Or, slice the avocado together with its skin into few segments and separate the avocado from the peels with bare hands, transfer avocado flesh into bowl.

3) Add condensed milk. Mix the avocado and milk with a fork and mash until your desired texture. Serve chilled with plain or wheat crackers.

1 cracker topped with avocado sweet special counts about 60kcal.

Tips: Avocado must be ripen before use.

HI Patricia, i never knew it was so easy to prepare this! Thanks!!! Was wondering if this dish can be prepared and eaten over a few days? Also, is there a limit to how many avocados can adults or children eat? Hope to hear from you! TIA!

      Hello Summer,

The cut open avocado or made into this paste will not be able to keep over few days. Not even in the fridge as the avocado will turn black ie oxidation. If really need to keep for like 1-2 days, try squeezing some lemon juice.

As for how many can one consume? I guess it depends on individual. Usually 1 for adult and half for a child is pretty standard serving.
