Saw some posts about this hidden heart cake for Valentine’s Day, and I couldn’t stop myself for making one in this sweet festive day. It’s not difficult to bake this, but takes long time to assemble the whole thing. It took me 3 hrs for the whole process.
Hard effort paid off in the end. It was indeed romantic to be able to eat this ‘sweet hidden heart’ with the one you loved. Real romantic and heart warming.
Baked cheese cake is always very yummy to eat. Sometimes, the creamy taste of the cheese might be over powering before even I could finish up the whole slice. So, adding orange peels to the cheese cake is surely a great and refreshing choice. So zesty.
So, try my recipe. :)
The steps I have written might looked complicated, but in fact, it was just lengthy to its details. I tried to make each step clear. Actually, the making of this smooth and delicious cheese cake is, easy. Follow my steps for the first time, and the success rate of baking it will be almost 100%. Thereafter, you will be able to remember the entire process without the need to referencing anymore. It’s just easy to bake a delicious cheese cake to impress your loved one. Give it a try!
“3 ingredients flour-less cake in just 30 minutes time”
I did not create this cake, but adapted by referring to many recipes online to conclude with the most sensible combinations and methods to do this cake.
It was very delicious. If you worry that this flourless cake might taste just too chocolaty and creamy as though eating just the chocolate paste by its own, don’t be. This Nutella cake resembles very much like a cake made with flour. Credit goes to the egg whites which made the cake soft, moist and very much like a floured cake.
“Birthday Cake? Yes, this surely an impressive piece to make!”
Wanted to make my usual mango cake with the packet of Optima sponge cake premix given by a friend. However, wasn’t really content with baking a cake with premix this time, also had an urge to decorate my cake with mango roses, this would make my cake top heavier than usual, I do not want my cake to collapse. Thus, here I had this idea to make a denser cake so that it could hold my elaborated decoration/ topping well. I used the premix to make my own recipe this time.
“Add colors to your weekend with this cheerful rainbow cake”
Went to a baking workshop on my last Valentine’s day to bake this cake which you have seen my cake photo posted in my FaceBook page on the very night itself.
My intention in attending the workshop was to try and have a feel on the making of fondant, in fact, but turned out that the fondant-making wasn’t happening, and had replaced with vanilla Swiss butter cream as the frosting. :( Me, disappointed? Yes. Me, happy? Yes, still. Reason being happy was able to share and learn up something during the hands-on workshop. It’s always good to attend some culinary/ baking workshops to share, regardless how well you cook/ bake, won’t you agree? :)
