Pink cupcake is my son’s favorite cake. So for me, making pink frosting was my choice. So for you, making red frosting for the Singapore National Day should be more appropriate, if desired.
Cupcakes are surely well-liked, especially over the parties and gatherings. They sure are the hit, making the party table look fabulous, they would make a delectable sweet treat to your guests as well.
And, since I made these mainly for my toddler son, buttercream frosting was spared. Forget about fancy cream and whatsoever, I used just a light whipped cream frosting here. It’s my all time favorite frosting, anyway!

I was suffering from jet lag upon returning to Singapore. Everything seemed hard and difficult enough for me to work on, let alone baking a treat at home. But I had my craving for cheese cake, after having my favorite several times at the Cheese Cake Factory restaurant during the trip. I knew I had to bake this simple, yet great marble cheese cake.
So, if baking a cheese cake was your dream, it wasn’t anymore. I have the simplest recipe for you to follow.
