Genuinely delicious home-flavor gastronome I’ve cooked, for my loved ones; Distinctively delectable treats I’ve indulged in, at decent or top-notch food places, in or outside Singapore; Pleasingly great attractions I’ve visited or fun activities I’ve enjoyed, on my own or with my family, added to our weekend leisure; I like to cook and feed my loved ones.. I work full time, but am also a seasoned home-cook, and beginner baker. Recipes I have, yield simple dishes, but absolutely savoury, as these are what we ate! The food pictures in my posts were taken with my iPhone camera, or digital cameras Canon S90 and Nikon Coolpix S210, everytime before we digged into it! And, in my recipe posts, I'll be sharing with you my choice of ingredients to make balance diet. Estimated calorie-count and how to reduce calorie intake in our meals. I love to travel and visit to other countries, too. Trying out the local delicacies is one of the main activities I will surely blend in to my travel schedules, and I like to share my after-taste experiences! Some daily joys at work & wok, working apparels/ accessories I wore, and woking tricks and kitchen tips I knew, are just so great to share, too! Just for sharing, of what I think is good, for love, whole heartedly. And, I hope I will have an opportunity to produce my very own recipe books and host my very own culinary classes, one day... Anyway, let's work and wok together!
