“Auspicious Chinese Dish. Easy. Tasty. “
My family noticed the photo on the Muji ready-to-eat Eight Treasures Vegetables pack and immediately craved it.
But I felt that the contents inside will be too little, won’t be even enough for one person.
So I bought my own fresh ingredients and made a fuller, more flavourful version.
Choose any eight ingredients you love (or that carry auspicious meaning), add water, chicken stock, oyster sauce and pepper, then mix in the small “1-pax Muji pack”.
In no time, a hearty four-person Eight Treasures dish is done… simple and satisfying.
