Pure coffee top. No cream used! That’s guilt-free indulgence.

”3-minutes or less, with 3 (+1) ingredients, to make a cup of Dalgona Coffee”

Just caught a widespread “virus”……. the viral Dalgona fever! So sorry… please let me join in…. I promised I’ll share my “virus” wisely. Choy choy choy…. (not funny~)😬😬 

“咖啡” 奶蓋咖啡,不止好看,其实真的好喝的…… 这很容易制作,但是要对口味,份量要对喔! 没有搅拌机没关系,有蛋拂就行了。 手打咖啡盖,来吧!(奶盖还是咖啡盖??🤔)

To drink, stir in circular motion until it’s well mixed.

Serves 1 cup 
2 teaspoons of instant coffee powder 
1 tablespoons of sugar 
1-2 teaspoons of hot water 
1 cup of milk 
1/2 cup of ice (optional) 

Tools: 
1 balloon whisk 
1 large bowl

1-2茶匙 热水
1杯 牛奶

1/2杯 冰块(可选)

A cup of 220ml Dalgona Coffee counts about 190kcal. 220毫升奶盖咖啡约190卡路里。

It’s like thickened latte, better version… Cold or hot?

Tips: If you prefer sweeter coffee, simply add in more sugar.
*Amount of hot water should be limited to minimal.
温馨提示:喜欢甜一点的话,就加糖吧。 * 热水不可多加,不然打不起来。
