I am on diet recently. After a long period of festive feast, I have to go on diet and exercise. Just signed up a 1-year fitness package together with two other female colleagues. We determined we’ll stick to our plan, at least twice a week of work-out session at the gym. Eat lesser and healthier. I eat vegetable salad as a meal, sometimes.

I promised, to share my recipes for the delicious homecooked western cuisine.
I will start with the appetizer first. This considers a cold dish as I’ve served the prawns chilled, and this idea was adapted from the first dish, the cold platter, which commonly served in some occasions/ events e.g wedding banquet dinner or something like that.. And this chilled prawns are usually served with fruits salad. So, I was inspired to came out with the vegetable version, hoping to create a slightly more balanced diet.read more
With the way of making, everyone would devour this apple salad. And it’s healthy as I used yogurt cream. Delicious and healthy as snacks or before/ after-meal fruit dessert! I eat this as my lunch replacement, sometimes.
2 green apples, chilled
1 red apple, chilled
1 teaspoon of dark raisins
2 – 3 tablespoons of Low-fat plain yogurt (I used Marigold’s brand) 1 tablespoons of orange juice 1 teaspoon of honey
