Crunchy Muddy Cheese Balls (Air-Fried or Baked)

My new adaption for snacks that give the kids the crunch. A ‘cheating’ way, with the simplest ingredients.

If your children like my Milo banana bread, they probably would love this Milo cheese version, too.

Easy to make, of course. With air fryer.

Serves 3-4
Ingredients
4 slices of white bread, removed crust
2 tablespoons each of grated Mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese, mixed both cheeses in a bowl
1/4 cup of condense milk
4 tablespoons of Milo powder

An entirely new taste over the usual Asian porridge flavor, yet healthy and suitable for baby’s appetite. I added some Italian herbs to my baby pasta. Following my mum’s footstep,  I have been religiously drinking MILO since I was a little. In fact, I drink MILO almost every meal! Regardless of where we dine – coffee shop, restaurant, cafeteria, McDonald’s and even in the school canteen during recess – I would surely order herself a cup of MILO to go with my meals.

In case you are desperately looking for a suitable cake frosting for your bake, here you go. The frosting that suits all types of cake, cream cheese frosting. And, I have the chocolate flavored frosting for you, the chocolate lover.

Mine, not too sweet, yet, flavorful. I liked the lightness in it.

½ cup (115 grams/ 1 stick) of butter, softened
