Delicious Homemade Tiramisu Recipe

Though the real aromatic Tiramisu is said to use expresso to soak the ladyfingers. Brewed one, especially. However, I used instant coffee powder which had left in my pantry for quite sometime. And, for that reason, I chose to add in the coffee emulco, or for liquor lover, use Kahlua (or any coffee liquor), to elevate the coffee aromas. More

Jacket Potatoes

Actually this was just my usual jacket potato where potato was baked and filled with cheese, sour cream and bacon bits. I called it the Christmas Eve Jacket Potato simple due to my strict yearly cooking of this as part of the set dinner only on the Christmas Eve.
