Valentine’s Day is always romantic. Though we hope that everyday is just as great as the festive day itself, but who doesn’t wish it to be a little more special and memorable, and simply to mark the day.

Avocado is definitely a superfood for all ages due to its high nutritional value. However, not everyone would accept its creamy texture and taste. I personally loved it so much that I would eat it whenever I could, but it wasn’t the case for my children. In order to make them eat, the taste of the avocado mustn’t be present in their palate. If you, too, encounter hard time getting your young ones (and even the big ones) to eat avocado, here I have a great & simple solution for you. Here you go, having the superfood disguised in my little sweet treat. Who says this is not one of the best ways for treats & “tricks”.. :D
It’s not impossible to fix up a scrumptious and healthy sandwich breakfast without going through extensive cooking process in the busy morning. Air-fryer might be an option.
I made an egg sandwich with creamy avocado with an air fryer. Of course, some would still find it easier to do the conventional way, on the stove. Either way, this recipe works.
Many people liked avocado but ain’t too sure how to make it delicious other than making it into guacamole or blending into smoothie. Here I have one of the quickest and simplest ways, similar to guacamole but much simpler to do for breakfast meals.

Wrap meals often remind me of Mexico food, but I would prefer having the wrap with an Asian flavor closer to my palate at times, if I were to make one at home. For this reason, I chose to make my wrap in my Asian inspired recipe. Yes, with curry, pork… Already having my dry curry pork recipe which cooked to more an Indian cuisine (See recipe here), the curry pork cooking has now been simplified, for the wrap creation. Call it Asian-fusion recipe here, it’s mixed to a western flavor, instead.:)
And, I wouldn’t stop telling you how great and healthy benefiting avocado is. For both the adults and children. Other than the rich vitamins and mineral it has, it’s also one of the good fats our body needs. Regular consumption of avocado benefits our brain.
