Yes, I considered this the easiest and relatively healthier snack for the Chinese Lunar New Year celebration, adding on to its healthier cooking method, air frying.
This snack could be made in various ways and flavors. No doubt, those added with seasonings taste better, at the same time, less healthy. I reckoned homemade with minimal (better types of) ingredients. Mine? Moderately good, in term of taste and nutritional value, good enough to let your older toddler to enjoy it. :)read more

For Chinese Lunar New Year celebration, for your own consumption or as gift during new year visits. It’s surely healthier (it’s air-fried) for you and your wallet! It’s easy, too!

“You don’t need to pay restaurant price to get your no-frills ‘restaurant’ pasta”
In order to assemble quick and hassle free dinner, as I had to do up my rum raisin chocolate lava cake for supper, at the same time, I decided to air-fry a pasta dish.
Of course, you may cook this recipe as my usual ‘wok’ way, I just wished to save up the stirring and monitoring time in the cooking process so that I could fix up a supper dessert concurrently. Air-frying my pasta without the need of stir frying and watching out process, I was able to assemble our dinner within 15 minutes, and accomplished the two courses, from preparing to serving, both pasta and lava cake, within a total of 25 minutes.read more
This dish was cooked last minute as an add-on side dish to my lesser-than-usual amount of dinner dishes this evening. Hence, I could only cooked with what I had in my refrigerator and things could be found in the kitchen pantry.
Nothing fanciful. It was just a very simple meat balls dish. To make it even easier, I air fried the meat balls instead of frying it on pan. Less oil and healthier, of course. Air frying these meat balls simply makes my job much quicker and simpler. read more
