I work full time, but am also a seasoned home-cook, and beginner baker. Recipes I have, yield simple dishes, but absolutely savoury, as these are what we ate! And, in my recipe posts, I'll be sharing with you my choice of ingredients to make balance diet. Estimated calorie-count and how to reduce calorie intake in our meals. I love to travel and visit to other countries, too. Trying out the local delicacies is one of the main activities I will surely blend in to my travel schedules, and I like to share my after-taste experiences! Some daily joys at work & wok, working apparels/ accessories I wore, and woking tricks and kitchen tips I knew, are just so great to share, too!
