I love your description of this movie and Julia Child. Meryl Streep was in France recently promoting this movie and I was very surprised to learn that for the most part French people have never heard of Julia Child. Imagine that! Madame Streep though charmed the socks off of them and I think we all be watching it soon. Hope so anyway. Happy Blogging!

It sounds like you have really no choice but to have a long wait to watch this great movie..

It is totally different in Singapore where we get to watch this show at the cinemas so conveniently. So, it's gonna be a waste for those who do not go watch it.

I've really wanted to see this movie since I heard it was in production! But my local drive-in (the only decent place to see a new release in this town; the theatres should face the wrecking ball any day now) didn't purchase the rights to it, so I have to wait until it comes out on DVD ;-;
