My son loves the Chinese yellow noodle (Chinese alkaline noodle), usually being prepared in soup as fish balls noodle soup selling at most of the hawker centers, food courts and coffee shops in Singapore and other parts of Asia.

In order to fully appreciate the freshest taste and natural sweetness Of the fresh pea sprouts as well as the highly nutritious mushrooms, minimal use of condiment to taste is more than just required. I needed only the abalone sauce in my recipe.

If you are a vegetarian, use the mushroom sauce. Otherwise, the Abalone sauce is the best to go with this stir fry! That’s because the golden spring mushroom (金源菇) used in this recipe yields a tinge of ‘seafood’ taste after cooked. Hence, adding abalone sauce was sure to good in enhancing the flavor of this seafood-tasted mushroom in the dish.

Talking about dieting…. The vinegar dieting is back on demand! Heating up again gradually…. I am one of the followers on this diet. One of my dieting methods, now.

I don’t think there are much scientific proof, besides having concrete findings that vinegar helps in body cleansing and detoxification (or similar effect). However, it does not equal to sure-successful weight lose effect. Only many (too many) hear-say that it helps a lot in slimming down, especially after the testimonial from one of the Japanese celebrity who lost 8kg in a month, many years ago. Following my footsteps, my girl has been religiously drinking MILO since she was a little girl. In fact, she drinks MILO for almost every meal!
