Super easy and fluffy Banana Yogurt Cake

“It took just 20 min of time preparing from scratch till it was sent to oven.”

This recipe is definitely a keeper, especially if you have children, or you do like to eat like a child! :D

Moist, fluffy and yummy. It wasn’t too sweet for the palate. Still, delectable for both the adult and children.

The making method was adapted from a website, to turn an improvised cake from whatever I had in my kitchen pantry.

This is the easiest banana recipe I have tried so far. Yes, you don’t need electrical mixer to blend the ingredients. Stove and balloon whisk were used here. read more

(Air-Fried) Chicken Veggie Nuggets (for Toddlers)

“It’s not necessary to feed rice or porridge meals to your little one everyday, my all rounder homemade nuggets are great as a meal itself.”

I used air fry method as the food wouldn’t be too oily, and less heaty, to my belief.

I added turmeric powder into my nuggets, not only for liking its bright yellowish colour, I believed the health benefit of having some of these spices in our diet. It’s optimal though, if you do not like this mild Indian spice flavor.

If you are cooking this for adults, do add a pinch of salt. read more

Double-Boiled Red Apple & Mixed Veggie with Cod Fish Bone Soup

“Cook simple and nutritious soup lunch with whatever ingredients left in refrigerator.”

This colorful soup meal was meant for children’s diet. It was cooked spontaneously with whatever ingredients I could find in the refrigerator. When I bought the whole fish tail portion, the fishmonger helped to debone and divide into smaller portions. The fish bones were what left in the nod, and I wouldn’t throw them away, but to add into the soup cooking for its flavor and good fish oil in the soup. Apple Salmon Soup

This soup is more for your toddler, but of course, you may cook this for yourself and the other adults, too, if you do not mind sweet tasting soup for lunch.

Healthy, balanced, natural sweetness, yet, flavorsome. Children would be able to finish whole big bowl of soup including the fish and apples as well as other ingredients in it.

Apple-Banana Cake


“Freshly baked apple sauce & banana cake with fresh banana bites, for babies, and all.”

Oh ok, yes, I had some over ripen bananas leftover on my countertop. I always wanted to bake apple-banana cake that is suitable for young toddler to indulge in. And, here you go.

This apple-banana cake was great. Moist, soft, with natural sweetness from the ripped banana and apple sauce, mostly. Also, I added loads of banana and did not blend it thoroughly into the batter to leave some banana bits in the bake on purpose. So, yes, your baby would love to chew on the real banana in the cake.
