Hidden Heart Chocolate Cake

“My heart hides, but my love doesn’t…”

Saw some posts about this hidden heart cake for Valentine’s Day, and I couldn’t stop myself for making one in this sweet festive day. It’s not difficult to bake this, but takes long time to assemble the whole thing. It took me 3 hrs for the whole process.

Hard effort paid off in the end. It was indeed romantic to be able to eat this ‘sweet hidden heart’ with the one you loved. Real romantic and heart warming. read more

Delicious Flourless Nutella Cake

“3 ingredients flour-less cake in just 30 minutes time. Yes, it’s really just 3 ingredients!”

I did not create this cake, but adapted by referring to many recipes online to conclude with the most sensible combinations and methods to do this cake.

It was very delicious. If you worry that this flourless cake might taste just too chocolaty and creamy as though eating just the chocolate paste by its own, don’t be. This Nutella cake resembles very much like a cake made with flour. Credit goes to the egg whites which made the cake soft, moist and very much like a floured cake. read more

Making own burger bread was to have more simple and healthy burger meal at home. It was simple. My home-baked burger buns were more crisped at the crust, not as soft as the store-bought, since no softener or enhancer added. Taste more bland, but healthier, since no flavoring added.
