Air-Fried Garlic Prawn Pasta

“You don’t need to pay restaurant price to get your no-frills ‘restaurant’ pasta”

In order to assemble quick and hassle free dinner, as I had to do up my rum raisin chocolate lava cake for supper, at the same time, I decided to air-fry a pasta dish.

Of course, you may cook this recipe as my usual ‘wok’ way, I just wished to save up the stirring and monitoring time in the cooking process so that I could fix up a supper dessert concurrently. Air-frying my pasta without the need of stir frying and watching out process, I was able to assemble our dinner within 15 minutes, and accomplished the two courses, from preparing to serving, both pasta and lava cake, within a total of 25 minutes. Stir Fried 2 Mushrooms (Vegetarian)

“Sometimes, just cook and eat a simple, quick and easy vegetable dish is great.”

Did I tell you that I was on strict vegetarian diet for over a short period of time? It was done with religious purpose. Hence, I ate only pure vegetarian meals, without garlic, onion and spring onion, this time.

This was a dish I liked during these days. Easy and pure. Yes, unlike my previous Assorted Asian mushroom recipe, I did not cook this with garlic and ginger. Also, used only 2 kinds of mushroom in this dish. More

Stew Mussels In Light Red Wine Sauce

“Light soupy mussel stew, delicious and healthy”

Not many people like mussel, but this shellfish is very nutritious and low in calorie, in fact.

I liked my mussels to be stirred fried with strong chili and spices usually, but this time, I cooked it light in stew. More on a western style, but I considered it a fusion dish instead. I had it with chili Padi as well. Ha. More
